NeuralisAI treats all client information, project details, business data, and communications as confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not disclose client names, project details, or proprietary information in our marketing, case studies, or public communications without explicit client consent.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms; (b) was known to us before disclosure; (c) is independently developed by us without use of confidential information; or (d) is disclosed with the client's prior written consent.
